DO YOU DELIVER?

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?

We have the option of adding a Damage Waiver to the order. With the Damage Waiver, you acknowledge and agree that DF Events & Party Rental LLC assures the equipment is in good condition, and recognizes the possibility of accidents during the event. You consent to a one-time 15% non-refundable charge (based on the total rental contract) as a fee waiver to protect against accidental damages, excluding vandalism, theft, mysterious disappearance, or excessive damage. It's important to note that this fee waiver does not cover missing items, and it is not an insurance policy.

HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

Event equipment is reserved upon signed receipt rental agreement and a 50% deposit for orders. The full balance of order is due at least 48 hrs prior to delivery. If order is to be charged on a credit or debit card, the balance due will be processed 1 business day prior to delivery.

DO YOU SET UP THE EQUIPMENT?

We can set up the equipment for an extra charge. Normally, when we deliver, we stack the items in the garage or at front door. However, some items do include set-up and take-down, such as tents

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major Credit Cards, Zelle, Venmo, Cash and Checks.

WHAT DO I NEED TO RENT?

A valid Florida state ID is required on ALL rentals. You must be at least 18 years old to rent.
